Have you ever had someone use your things but you don't know who? The Case of the Blue Ribbon Horse is a mysterious book. Mary-Kate and Ashley are the main characters. Ashley is afraid of horses. Someone is riding Mary-Kate's horse, Hot Chocolate. Will Mary-Kate find out who's riding Hot Chocolate? I would recomend this book if you like short chapter books.
