Meet Kit is an interesting book about a girl living during the Great Depression. This story takes place in 1934. The Great Depression was a time when many people didn't have job. Her dad loses his job, and her mom takes boarders to live in their house to make money. I would recommend this book because it will teach you good lesson, and let you know about the Great Depression.
