No Messin' With my Lesson is an insightful book that teaches third grade students to be honest without hurting feelings. Katie is funny and a social third grader that has special powers. Every time the wind blows she turns into another person or thing. One example of a make believe in the story is when the wind blows on Katie and turns her into a teacher in her class. I recommend this book to someone who likes to be taught lessons.
