Tom Thumb is a tall tale book with a lot of expression so if you like tall tale books this is a great book to read. This book is about a grandma and a grandpa that want a special boy for company even if he had to be as small as a thumb. The lesson is you should not trust strangers because they can make or force you to do things or take you somewhere you don't want to be. For example, Tom Thumb was forced to get gold from the maid for the two bad men.
