Little Firefly ; A Old Algonquin Legend,reviewed by Madianna R.

Little Firefly is a good book. I live on Algonquin road so little firefly taught me what the word Algonquin means. Little Firefly is the main character. Little Firefly has two older sisters.Little Firefly's older sisters were very mean.They pushed her in the fire.They also told her she was ugly. They told her they were leaving to find husbands.(Back then usually all women got married). When the left they said, "Don't fall in the fire little burnt one." But when they left Little firefly did not clean, She went off to find the invisible man. She left in a canoe and her sisters saw her and said "Our silly little sister". But when she went to the home of the invisible man his sister welcomed her. When the sister asked her questions she said "You truly seek my brother". Then she said "Go meet him'. Little Fireflyfly said " But how?' "I am ugly with scars from a fire". Then the sister poured special water over Little Firefly. Her scars dissappeared.
Then she went to the invisible one. Then they lived happily together.
