Muggie Maggie, reviewed by Afifah R.

This is a funny and familiar story about leaning to write cursive in third grade. Maggie is a smart stubborn girl who does not want to write cursive. Maggie needs to believe that it is important to be able to read and write cursive. Secret notes between the principal and teacher make Maggie want to learn to read and write cursive. Muggie Maggie is a great book for third graders to read. They can relate to Maggie because they learn cursive too.
